Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full Time Store Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining store cleanliness. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Operate cash register, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Skills in using retail equipment and performing general cleaning duties
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
