Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Follow inventory procedures, contribute to inventory counts, and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and following company policies and procedures.
• Capable of safely using equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is desirable.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
