Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are neatly displayed. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
