Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory to improve store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
