Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed with ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
