Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by performing various tasks such as cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding document security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
