Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and ensure proper stocking of shelves.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management, including conducting counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
- Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
