Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members and management to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Provide courteous and prompt customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other necessary equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages following local regulations.
