Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in keeping the store organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
