Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and to communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
