Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies while performing daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies and maintain document security.
- Carry out assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Proficient in delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
- Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Able to follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Compliance with state alcohol regulations.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
