Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, engaging with customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products.
• Operate cash register and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate equipment efficiently and accurately.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
