Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to offer an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain clean merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to the management team.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment effectively.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and follow company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
