Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail experience (preferred)
• Equivalence in education and experience
