Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your excellent customer service skills and collaboration with the team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
