Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations efficiently. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock products
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all security protocols and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capacity to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
