Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory and store cleanliness.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
