Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with all company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales
• Prior retail experience is preferred
