Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store displays, and assist customers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, inventory procedures, and company guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
