Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and ensure cleanliness of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, handle cash transactions, and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
