Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
