Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining product displays, assisting with cashiering, and keeping the store tidy and organized. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies for the role.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses.
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security.
• Other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of safely using store equipment.
• Proficient in general cleaning tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
