Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring accuracy and participating in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
