Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies diligently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment like cash registers, hand jacks, and scrubbers.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
