Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in various in-store activities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
