Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is a plus
