Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to successfully operate a store, including overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staff, and ensuring top-notch customer service. This role offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour, with an earning potential of up to $105,000 in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategy and core values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage customer concerns and uphold store standards, including product quality and signage.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of store personnel.
• Ensure budget compliance, monitor inventory, and maintain a safe store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrate effective communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; management experience a plus.
