Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Manager in Training at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of effectively managing a retail store, preparing you for the responsibility of running your own store. Your role will involve overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing requirements, and developing operational strategies while nurturing and guiding your team.

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,500

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service
• Implement company strategy and values to foster teamwork
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions
• Maintain store presentation, product quality, and signage
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, and training of store personnel
• Manage store budgets and achieve financial targets
• Ensure a safe and organized store environment

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Experience in retail management preferred
