Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of managing a store, preparing you to lead your own team successfully. Responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies. The position offers a starting wage of $30.00 per hour with a potential earning of up to $119,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork.
• Manage store personnel, including hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure store profitability and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Proven experience in retail management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and operational management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
