Job Description
We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and fostering team growth.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
- Earning Potential (Year 1): Up to $70,750
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver top-notch customer service
- Ensure adherence to company values and strategies
- Handle customer concerns and maintain store quality
- Participate in the hiring and training of staff
- Manage schedules and staffing levels
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product quality
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior retail experience and management skills
- Strong customer service and team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of operational and budgetary principles
