Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a dynamic work environment with new challenges every day.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Operate registers, perform general cleaning duties, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
