Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing a store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team development, and implementing operational strategies.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $98,500 (inclusive of salary and bonus)*

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core values and competencies
• Supervise daily store operations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store appearance
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development
• Conduct store inventory, merchandising, and budget management

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and management principles
• Prior retail management experience preferred
