Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall efficiency of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
