Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining inventory, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
