Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and follow company standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
