Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback to management, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Follow company guidelines, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
