Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Collaboration with team members and providing exceptional customer service will be key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store displays, and offer excellent customer assistance.
• Communicate effectively with the management team and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory checks, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures diligently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with prior retail experience.
