Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising and stocking activities according to company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
