Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with your ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company guidelines and contribute to a safe and secure store environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
