Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
