Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
