Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Collaboration with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional customer service are key elements of this position.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills to enhance customer service
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and offer exceptional customer assistance
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
