Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store surroundings
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Capable of operating store equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
