Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, handle merchandise displays, and upkeep store cleanliness.
• Conduct inventory management activities and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
