Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to handle equipment efficiently and follow cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
