Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing cashiering duties and stocking shelves.
• Enhancing customer experience by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborating with team members and store management.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participating in inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
