We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates smoothly, from merchandising and stocking products to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
