Job Description

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy shopping environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory management, and store improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
