Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

• Process customer purchases, handle general cleaning tasks, and maintain organized displays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
