Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
